F-Sport AWD and New Tires
Hi folks,
Just trying to plan ahead for this upcoming winter season and in the process of deciding what I want to do...get a winter set of wheels or get rid of my OEM summer tires and replacing them with an All Season.
What have the rest of you folks done? If you replaced your tires with All Season's, which did you go with and have you felt any differences in ride quality, traction, noise levels and stability?

I got new summer wheels and will use the f sport wheels with winter tires.
If you want to use the f sports as your summer wheels just pick up a set of ok simple alloys for winter and run nice summers on the f sport. They will last twice as long anyways and this way you get max performance for each related season.

You are VERY limited to factory size for A/S tires. You can obviously go with the Bridgestone tires that are OEM, but a lot of people tend to hate on those (I don't know why).
Pirelli has two new options in the factory size, which I will likely switch to, when the time comes.
Michelin has their Primacy MXM4 and Continental has the only other option ContiProContact.
Research those options on TireRack, or you can alter the size a little and open your options way up. You could go with 245/40/19, instead of the factory 235/40/19.

I have the Michelin Primacy all seasons on my AWD. They are pretty quiet and comfortable ride. Have not used them in the snow or heavy rain yet but from the reviews I read on tire rack, I think they will be fine.
