it really boils down to how much do you want to spend...

You can get a tire for $150/ea - $350+

I have the 245/40R19 Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires 94V rated and they provide the best all year round ride and handling (snow, rain, etc) without issues on my FSport rims. The is smooth and compliant over the bumps and potholes and the handling is good with my f-sport package. The bridgestones I had before where choppy and hard in terms of ride comfort.

They are selling for 210 dollars per tire on www.tirerack.com and I highly recommend them. 2 other F-sport owners on this forums have done the same and are quite pleased.

Very good point about that the RWD have staggered set up wheel/tire.

If you were to do that then the rolling diameter of the rear tires will be different then the front and its not good. Try to see if you can get different size front and rear in the MXM4.

Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires. Have an F Sport and i upped the size one to a 245/40/19 in front and 275/35/19 I believe in the rear.

Ask around, the Super Sport is probably one of the highest rated. A set of 4 can be had for at or less than $1,000 if you get a good deal on them.

Because 235/40/19 is the factory size.

But 245/40R19 works great with the f-sport rims as its the right width despite not being factory size. I find it more stable then the 235 width standard tires. It gives more protection and slight more thicker tire then the standard 235/40R19. As long as its within 3% speedo error its fine by tire experts. I was recommended the 245/40R19 by few tire rack guys because you get better choices of tires including the Primacy MXM4 in the 245/40R19.
