So I keep hearing about people hearing the downshift beeps I have never heard is there a setting or dealer fixed problem.

The only time I've heard a beep on downshift was when you're in manual and try shifting into a lower gear when going to fast.

Oh so it only happens when you redline. Ok thanks was wondering why everyone keeps saying they can hear a bleep sound and why I have never heard it.

Not exactly at redline. If you drive at around 50mph and try downshifting to 1st gear the car will lock you out of 1st and maybe 2nd gear. You'll know it did by hearing the beeping. You can hear it at the end of this video:
