price and problems for the 2013 gs450h?

hey guys and gals,
i am about to pull the trigger on the 2013 gs450h, the price out the door for a 2013 gs 450h, with the luxury package,nav, and blind spot monitor was $56,000 including tax and fees. is this a good price compared to what you guys bought it at?
Also, did you guys run into any problems/glitches with the vehicle, like any weird noises, rattles, mechanical problems?

AWD or Rear Wheel?
Here in the Philly area, one dealership had a 2014 GS450H rear wheel marked at 10K off a MSRP $63K and no takers. Tough sell in a snowy area for a rear wheel drive.

One DFW dealer told me that they stopped ordering the 450h model once they sold their last one. They'd prefer to have more GS350's and no GS450h's. They say that the 450h model is more of a special order car.
I came from a hybrid so I like how quite the motor is and how it drives. Not sure I would have paid any more though than what I did.
