I didn't know you service the car at lexus dealeships? They are ripoffs, to replace rear brake pads they want $250 labor + parts and tax. I laughed at the guy and told him I can do it outside within 30 minutes without your high end tools. While lexus requires 2 hours for brake pads change. Get a good in depended mechanic that you can trust and do it there. I always stand next to my mechanic while he does oil changes and we talk about cars and have him check bunch of stuff out. Talking about dealership I just got my car back from 3 weeks and 2 days at the lexus dealership
