The tanabe springs give the GS the same ride and handling, the body is just lower.
Yes, I can get the tires to momentarily rub by going over big changes in the road surface, but I wouldn't expect anything different with the body closer to the tires.

Good to see people with a Lexus in LA...was there for mardi gras and hardly saw any let alone a GS (any year).
As for the drone...answer is yes. But I may also more sensitive to it. Sounds great though
