Default 2014 LED Foglights

So it appears the new LED Foglights are available for purchase:

Do you think this would work on the 2013 and would it require anything additional?

Looks like an easy install but why not just install a pair of quality LED bulbs?

Based on another thread somewhere about CL and the Sewell page they are plug and play with the 4GS just as the halogen fogs are.

seems pretty cool that they adjust/self level, although I don't know why you would need it for a dog light...

They don't. It's a manual adjust **** on the side/back to adjust it to preference.

$238 shipped for the pair with CL discount which isn't really bad but I'd still just change the bulb to LED like I have with the Lexus vehicles I've owned.

Nigel is working on a package for the F-Sport owners to include these LED assemblies instead of the halogen.

+1. I'm sure these and those HID may give out more light. But for me, the fogs are more for look. I got more than enough light from the self adjust headlamp. I had Sylvania SilverStar Ultra bulbs for the fogs before and I think they look too bright but not white enough. Decided to give VLED a try and love it

Those fogs must be bright...they have a heatsink! There's generic LED fogs on ebay for $90 that can possibly be opened up and swapped out with CREE LEDs.

Looks like Photoshop. He selected the background and blurred.

Is this pic with the LED or just your regular fogs.

I'm going with his GS with LEDs.Yet they're a bit yellow but not as yellow as stock halogens.Could be the camera shot.
There's a huge difference from yellow halogen bulbs to 5K LEDs which match the HIDs very well. The LEDs are a bit whiter due to the stock HIDs being 4300K but look great.

Looking straight, IMO the LEDs are slightly whiter than stock headlamp. No yellow at all. (I forgot how yellow the stocks were until I had an ES loaner the other day. ) But when taking a straight shot with the light on, it doesn't bring out the details of the light and car as I want. (Still learning to take pictures with light source in the frame.) I decided to angle the camera a little bit to avoid direct light. I did use a DSLR and PS to tweak the image. I wanted to get more detail of the car and the star shaped light. So I needed to pump up the f stop. I do want a blurry background but I would have to decrease the f stop. The best way to get all is to take two shots on a tripod and combine them but I didn't. So PS is the only choice I got.

PS: I did get a set of LEDs off ebay. They're H11 but too big for the GS' opening. Forgot which one it was.
