Default Any alternative for spare when switched wheels to 20's

So I got a awd gs f sport with 20's and I wanted to know can I buy a different tire for spare to make sure the sizes are same. As in rotation speed? Searched around couldn't find any answers or advice.

Not necessary if od of regular tires are close to od of spare.

Well not the same od. I'm running 20x9 front 245-35-20 and 20x10 275-30-20

If your speaking about the spare tire in trunk good luck, I don't think you will be able to fit it in there.

I wouldn't worry about it. Chances are you won't need to ever put the spare on the ground (I can't remember the last time I have had to change a flat on one of my cars in almost 45 years of driving). I'd just make sure you have Lexus, Triple-A or some other sort of roadside assistance in your hip pocket for emergencies.

I think those are close enough to stock OD so that your AWD and speedo are not "confused". Use an online tire size calculator to see for certain.

You spare should be fine.
