Delivery truck made an appointment at 3p. I arrived at 2:59p and he was already waiting for me. Also I've never seen wheels packaged so nicely before. Now that's service!
The wheels with 2 layers of sealants ready to be mounted. Hopefully I'll have them on the car this weekend. It's been a busy week at work.
Also in case you want to know what 245/35 on 20x8.5 wheels looks like, here they are:
Here's 275/30 on 20x10:

Appreciate the compliments guys.
These wheels have a base color (titanium) covered by a clear coat, essentially no different than your car paint. And just like how you apply wax to your car paint to keep it shiny and easier to clean. I do the same for the wheels. I apply two coats of sealants, which lasts a lot longer than regular wax. It helps me with weekly washing and wheel clean up. Brake dusts can easily be hosed off with water. Depending on the type of pain sealant you use, some lasts a year other a couple years. Either way they all last way longer than most wax.
Thanks Tri. Normally I'm a silver, deep dish, and chrome lip wheel kinda guy. After putting these on my car I have to say I like these a lot. And you're right these wheels look better on my black car. Your HRE looks way better on your white car.

The fogs are very simple. I purchased two Toyota fogs (same ones used on many Camry, Venza, etc...), 2 fog light screws, the fog surrounds, a $20 Katz light fused harness on ebay, a $10 switch, 2 fog light plugs, and a couple small wires. The hardest part is routing the wires around the car and running one cable through a rubber seal from the engine bay into the car. I can write a separate DIY if you are interested.

Great mods mso4!!
Very subtle, yet sharp....
I really love the Fog lights on F-Sport. It's sto strange that F-Sport doesn't come with that option.
That place looks familiar... r u in OC area?

Thanks guys. I'm loving these wheels more and more every day. Now this is coming from a guy who normally likes lighter color wheels with deep dish. The fact that they are 10 lbs lighter than stock is just icing on the cake. Last night I had my gf drive my car while I followed in her car and the GS looks amazing from ALL angles. Other drivers around me are so lucky when I'm driving lol. Very happy with my decision.
Yes I'm a big fan of fog lights. I don't understand this trend of deleting fogs from the sporty version of a car. Makes no sense to me. And yes I'm in the irvine area.

Thanks I think it's a pretty timeless wheel design. And if it's good enough for the 599...

Pole Position
Everything flows together so well, there's none of that jarring after-market element that comes from doing the wrong modifications. The biggest compliment I can pay it is that it looks like an official Lexus add-on option straight from the factory and something Lexus advertising would splash on the cover of their GS brochure.
