Default Max Tire size Front and Rear

I am going to put on Concavo CW-12's on my GS non F along with Tanabe NF210 springs, 20x9 front and 20x10.5 rear. I was wondering if I can run 255-35-20 Front & 285-30-20 Rear without any rubbing. I have heard I might have to roll the rears to get the 285's to work, but cant find anything through searches about the 255's up front. Anybody running this setup or have any info on if this will work? Appreciate any assistance

It depends on the offsets of the Concavos.

I didn't have to roll my fenders with 285's but my setup was different.

I know the rear offset is 45 but not sure if the front is 32 or 38, I will find out in the morning

I would just go with the 245 front & 275 rear the majority seems to run, but from a lot of the pictures I've seen they just look a little to stretched on the 9' & 10.5" rims.

I am running 10.5" 275/35/20, 45 offset in the rear and have no rubbing whatsoever on the harshest of dips. The picture above shows the "stretch" that exists. I think the Vredestein tires cover the wheel pretty well. Front (245/35, 38 offset) I do have rub when turning into a shopping center, for example, with certain dips when turning in. If you are willing to put up with the possible issues then go for it! Would love to see it

I'm rethinking going with 9's & 10.5's and am considering going with 8.5" front w/40 offset and 10" rear with 45 offset and then the 245 and 275 should work fine with the stretch just about perfect. Of course if I do that I'll have to switch from the Concavo to MRR HR10 Silver Diamond Cut. I have to make up my mind in the next week so I can get it all done, the cars getting old, I have almost 900 miles already, lol.

You should be able to easily get 285 on 10" using a 45mm offset with no rolling required.

Did you end up staying with the Tanabe springs on your AWD?

I thought I'd post up a picture of 245 tires on an 8.5", 41mm offset wheel to show how tight it already is. This is a shot of the front of the tire on the driver's side with the steering wheel turned all the way to he right. I can't even get my finger in between the tire and the fender liner without moving the liner.

245 on 9" would work as people have done it already, although some have reported some rubbing ... but a 255 tire will definitely be a challenge without rubbing in front during a turn.

WOW!! That's close. I guess it will be interesting to see how much scraping of the liner I do. I ended up ordering the MRR HR10's 20x8.5 35offset front with 245/35 tires & 20x10 45offset rear with 275/30. I guess the fronts are going to be a challenge if that picture is any indication.
