Default Price on GS350 F-Sport

I am dealing for a GS F-Sport StarFire Pearl w/Flaxen interior. With the following:
ML
Blind Spot
Intuitive Park Assist
Cargo Net
Carpet trunk mat
Wheel locks
Illuminated door sills

The above seems to be the standard F-Sport configuration for Southern California. MSRP of $58,617 including the $895 delivery fee (according to Lexus.com).

I am currently at $52,200 plus tax & title. I am looking at the lease offer which will give me another $2500 and Lexus Financial Services will pay my first lease payment. Oh, and another $100 off because I have an American Express (thank you Edmunds.com). That brings the price of the car down to $49,600.

Money factor is 0.0005. I don't have the residual % yet.

Anyone get a better price then that? I'm thinking this may be just about rock bottom.

Default Just got one

Just leased a white/black F-Sport with the same $58,617 msrp. Zero out of pocket, they paid all fees, including Ca taxes (9.5%), first year registration ($448) and first month payment. 35 monthly payments of $551. Leased it for 3 years instead of 27 months because you pay the license by the year and why pay for 9 months that you don't have the car.

By far one of the easiest transactions that I have ever done. No haggling over anything. Gave me a price that sounded good and it was a done deal. If I have to grind them on price, that just tells me they were trying to rip me off in the first place and I will take my business elsewhere.

I could care less if this is a good deal or a bad deal. It was good enough for me.

Residual is 64% on 27 months and for 36 its 56%

Dang. I thought I did good with $572 (including 9% tax) per month. I put $800 TDO with 15K/year for 27 mo.

Get 27 months and extended for another year. Your residual will be better.
