i think its a pretty good deals, members have been getting it for low 500's with 2k drive off, so this is right around there.

- What is the MSRP?
- What is the cash price?
- What is the money factor?
- Why are you putting money down? (Would you put a down payment on an apartment to reduce your monthly rent?)

Just pay all the fee's upfront.. Usually people down put a down payment on a lease (unless you just wanna lower you payment).. I don't know about June, and how the program look like, but there was a $2500 rebate in May..
I'll get to work tomorrow and check the updated programs on Lexus and post it up.

Hello all,

This is for GS 350 F Sport package - All the bells and whistles.

So here is what I got from the dealer (see attachment). After going back and forth for about a week, they emailed me back and said they are "all in". I am putting $3150 in on security deposits to decrease my money factor. If I didn't put anything down, I would be looking $656/month. Thoughts?

- Cash price of your car is too high. You're at Invoice + $1300 before rebates. Aim for Invoice of ~$56.2k.
- Money Factor of .84% APR is excellent
- Residual is low - unable to change as set by Lexus Financial.

Suggestion:
- Aim for lower "cash" price of vehicle.
- Ask for "Invoice Price", aka lower Cash price by $1300.
- Rebate is above and beyond cash price, don't let it distract you.

Your deal looks good. I doubt they will sell you a GS350 F sport at invoice but see if they will agree to another $500--$800 off.

How much money down are you putting in this deal? I see the security deposit (multiple) and upfront costs but how much towards the lease payment?

Is the first month payment included inn the lease? Do you have 35 more pwcayments?

So, they basically told me that I was crazy when I went back and asked for another $1300 off :-). They are giving me $26K for my 2010 4 runner (SR5) with 44K miles on it. They basically said that is way more than they would usually give. My assumption is that they invested more on the trade and that is why they can't go any lower on MSRP.

Thoughts?
