Default Can someone recommend a salesman in Chicago please

Went to one dealer and he won't budge on price. $1,500 off MSRP on a 2013 GS350 FSport was his only and final deal, making the car $57,500 before tax, title and delivery. That and he kept trying to get me to lease. I kept saying no but he was on a mission.

I just want to buy at a decent price without being given some pitch.

You can work a deal by email. Email the internet sales person for every dealer within 100-150 miles of chicago. Tell them exactly what you want. Tell them you'll pay invoice. Then see what happens. If any bite, they'll send you a spec sheet for a car that's close to what you want. Figure out what invoice is for that car, and see if they'll give you the price you want.

What's invoice on a 2013 GS350 FSport with cold weather package. From what I read on this forum, $54,500 to $55,500 is fair price.

Price it with options on Edmunds.com. It seems to be pretty accurate. One added or not included option can easily swing the price by $1000.

I had the same experience in Chicago and emailed North Shore Lexus just north of Milwaukee. They were the cheapest when we bought our GS350 last September. Nice dealership and they kept their word about everything. We live near O'Hare and I think it less than 90 miles one way and definitely worth the drive. We bought Starfire Pearl\Flaxen and they were the only ones with the car in stock and they were still $300-$500 better than prices here.

The only two items were they wouldn't budge on the $50 Nitrogen and any money you want to put on the car (more than a few thousand on a credit card) needs to be in a wire transfer because you are not in WI.
