Default Driver side mirror won't tilt down

Hi, my driver side mirror won't tilt down , I tried
To push all buttons left and right , but still won't
Go down it goes up instead, passenger side
Mirror goes down with no problem.

Mine too! The stupid thing goes up when I place the car in reverse. I thought I did something wrong the first time it happened... But it is just being crazy.
I can't recall if my passenger side was working properly or not.

Put the car in reverse then position the mirrors where you want them to be while in reverse. Make sure the left of right button is lit when you put it in reverse.

same thing happened to me, driver side mirror when up... passenger side went down. Took the car to the dealer he fixed the problem in 2 minutes

Lol I didn't read that giant refrence book! but I had the same issue so funny clearly I should have read it, probably gonna read it tonight

Exactly. You need to set them where you want them while in reverse so that they tilt to that. And make sure that one button is lit
