Have any of you gotten special treatment for driving a Lexus? I went to an Andrea Bocelli concert last night at the BB&T Center (what can I say, I'm a sucker for good classical music) and was pleasantly surprised when the parking tenant told me parking is complimentary for Lexus owners which is normally $30. Apparently Lexus has a partnership with the arena and all Lexus owners have a section designated for them to park in at the front of the arena. It feels good to be part of the club.

Chicago Blackhawks games. (United Center) Entire front row and promenade. Lexus parking. 2nd level is Lexus sponsored and cars are littered about the place.

Ditto: and the valet at the ballpark can get very expensive, especially at playoff time. AT&T Winspear Opera House which is a performance hall in Dallas also gives Lexus owners the best 50 parking spots I think it is, though it's first come first served, and I think you have to still pay for parking.

Nothing in my area we get discounted hotel rooms at XV at the Beacon Hotel. Other than that we don't get free parking here. That's a really nice find.

you guys are pulling my leg... right??? i must be frequenting the wrong venues. i haven't seen squat as far as lexus perks at certain venues. @yardie, i like a little classical myself every now and then.

Free bakery items at the dealer ANYTIME. It's nice to get an oil change and have a bearclaw and a coffee on the house, you know? And the parts guys/employees are AWESOME. Got a free battery for my keyfob awhile back just cuz I needed one. I asked him how much, and he said, "No problem, I got you." I had never seen him before.
Driving a Lexus has MANY perks. Like getting looks from people everywhere constantly for being the most stylish and best-built cars ever. Honestly, I bet A LOT of guys get all the poon they want because they drive a Lexus. Heck my beautiful wife might have been more attracted to me when we met BECAUSE of my sweet IS... On a serious note, these cars do attract attention. Let's be frank, the ES350 and the Chevy Malibu don't look the same...

Quick note on the perks.. it seems that they're heavier in Southern states, particularly ones that are traditionally more "buy American" focused. Hence the heavy perks across Texas vs NY. But that's just me, as a Canadian sharing my thoughts/experiences based on limited travel.

I went to a play at Music Hall at Fair Park and the valet attendant parked it right up front and gave me the keys so we could make a quick getaway when the play was over. Had nothing to do with a partnership with Lexus... he just liked the car.

Village at Merrick Park in coral gables. Pulled up and got free VIP parking right next to a F430 and a GT3 among a flock of other exotics. As were leaving I saw the sign that says "complimentary parking for Lexus vehicles sponsored by your south Florida Lexus dealers" I must say I was enjoying the stares getting in and out

Good to know! I love Merrick Park. The restaurant Sawa is definitely a place to check out. I'm happy I am part of the vip club now!
