What do you guys think:

gs350, 2,3k miles, awd, exterior black, interior black (not crazy for this combo thou). Not particularly super optioned: luxury package, blind spot, parking assist, navigation and trunk mat accessories.
Tot: $48k, trade in my 2011gs 12k (1year old) miles which is optioned the same except for blind spot + about $15k.

I was hoping to get a more loaded car with options, but there is nit much like it available preowned- I'm not going to buy another new car in a year span. I'm tempted somewhat...

Sounds like you're not crazy about the color combo or options.I'd pass and wait till something else comes into play.
$48K is a good number, though.Seems the sticker was over $59K.I don't think you'll find many more options in our area's allotment..

Obviously going preowned you will
have to be patient or not pickey.
If money is the goal, beat 'em down some
more. If color and options are the goal,
keep shoppin'.

I'm a big believer in getting what you want when it comes to car purchases. Do not settle. The good think about cars is that it only get s cheaper as time goes by. I'll say enjoy your 2011 gs350 while you search for the car with the combo you want.

Finding a new GS 350 AWD with options beyond the equipment level this particular vehicle has is difficult. Finding a specially-ordered GS 350 AWD which has made it to the used car market within one year is even more difficult. The GS 350 is not a high-volume model so I wouldn't expect the used car market to be flooded with a multitude of choices.

I called LI already and have none (luxury). Even that an uniformed salesman tried to convince otherwise.
I think I'll wait. Double black is too much to take right now. The price seems good thou, very low miles and it drove beautifully. And I was wondering why this car drove so smoothly and silently compared the another car I test drove a while back. To me it seemed not having that "annoying" exhaust growl as the other.

maybe you test drove an F Sport the first time. the ride is slightly firmer due to the 19's as opposed to the 18's on the Lux. although the F Sport is whisper quiet and very smooth depending on road conditions. i happen to love the "annoying exhaust growl"...

I'm not gonna lie, I'm happy with my car but I wish I could have special order those items I wanted, so I would say wait tell you find the right one that you like. Trust me they will have some soon for those who are trading there lease to order the car with the options they want I have seen it. If you want to get this one then like someone said I would try to get some goodies like clear bra and free all weather mats and are they giving you 15K on your trade if so thats way low. Good luck!

They are giving me about 32k for the 3GS. 15k is the actual $$ I would have to pay them. Thanks the the replies.
