At seven PM last night, I received a call from a man who claimed to be calling from Lexus to "Reconnect your Enform Suite." He knew my name and was calling fom a toll free number. He had such a thick foreign accent that I could barely understand him. Since I have had no problems with Enform, and since my Enform contract on the GS runs for another six months, I declined to speak with him. Any idea what that was all about? Maybe a phishing expedition?

You were right to decline to speak to him. I would still ask your Lexus dealer about it.
