You've been giving nice comments to other new owners, but this one I think it really comes out from your heart. I can read the excitement through your post. I agree with you on the contrast between LP and wheels. Syd's wheels look nice on his car and yours look nice on yours due to this contrast IMO. I'm glad you didn't listen to him. Sorry Syd. Your car looks beautifully though
no offense taken bn. it's all good.

Well, things changed a bit on Saturday morning. I was all ready to head to the dealership and sign the papers on the LP F sport when one of my best friends called me. He's a GM at a Porsche dealership and said someone just traded in a 13' SP/Black F Sport with 5k miles. He said the guy's wife drove it and it's in perfect condition. Out of curiosity I drove up there to check it out. It was pristine and still had the new car smell! It saved me 4k on the deal so I went with the SP/black interior. Although the LP was my first choice, I really like the SP with the black interior. Windows are getting tinted this week.

Great looking car (and the most popular color in the forum)!

Thanks for all the great comments! 4k in savings for 5k miles was worth it to me since I do have a tendency to trade out often. If Lexus introduces something new next year I might be tempted and I'll be in a better position in the car! In the mean time,,,, those rims might be under the tree!

Could someone tell me what the wheels are on the LP F-Sport?

They are 19" Full Face F SPORT rims. You can get them from the Lexus parts department. They're aftermarket, factory wheels! If you live in Dallas, I wouldn't get them!

They are the aftermarket F Sport wheels sold through the Lexus dealerships. They are in Liquid Silver and are forged so they are lighter than the standard F Sport wheels that come on our cars. That means less unsprung weight and better handling (if that's possible).

Is that a "no" vote on your part?
