I think it looks good, even with the stock lower grill.

Anybody know how big a deal it looks to be to do this? Any chance of getting it on there without removing the bumper cover?

yes BN... you have another "GO FOR IT" on your list. i believe (don't quote me) the top grill is actually an easy mod. it definitely gives your car a more aggressive look.

Is there a difference in grills for cars with PCS and without? I'm ready to do this but want to make sure I do it right so I don't mess up my PCS or active cruise control.

All,

I had this done at the dealership when I leased my Lexus, didn't seem to be a problem to switch out the grills. Still have my originals as well.

They did the bottom one too! I thought that was impossible without doing the FSport bumper?? It looks great!

Did they charge you for that or was it part of the deal, if they charged do you mind sharing what the cost was?
