finally, got 25mm rear installed, and lowered with stock f rims.

front 19mm about 1" lowered and rear 25mm 1" lowered.

Rears are too wide. You will spray crud all over the rear panel. Looks like 20mm all the way around is the sweet spot.

I think you can do wider on the rear.... is it rubbing when you hit a bump or speed bump?

Anyone can shed some insight on what size spacer I need should get to sit the wheel flush?

Depends is it AWD or RWD I would think 19-20 would be good, I'm planning to get this done Saturday.

personally, if u only go 20mm in the rear i suggest 15mm in the front !!!

Too late now but thanks! If I see that they don't suit the car I will order the 15mm spacers.
