I received an email request today from Lexus to take a survey as an owner of a smartphone. I *really* hope they read my response! I got a ten dollar Amazon Gift Card for my troubles.

I received the same e-mail today. Upon completion of the survey I received a $10 gift card code for Amazon.

I got the email too, and was very honest with my replies.

I have a Razr Max and it works almost perfectly all the time.

completed survey. hate them, i think they're a waste of time actually. but i wasn't doing anything so i said what the hell. to many damn questions that are somewhat repetitive. should have given us $25.00 for all those questions.

Got the same survey also... blunt would be an understatement for my replies. Hopefully Lexus figures out that a monthly subscription for Enform is a bad idea.

NK! Couldn't agree more. With so many free app's available via your phone I don't see the value this really brings to the table.

it was an email link. i think they're sending it to people who have an enform account.

I received the same survey link, but when I saw it was from Maritz I deleted it. I don't need a gift card for the time it takes to answer their million questions.

There are other bad ideas associated with Enform.

Take a look at the subscription agreement... You don't have to be a lawyer to find it disturbing. Ask yourself why you need a legal document that long to basically let you use your smartphone with the car you paid for.

Look at all the information that you agree to let them collect! And don't miss the open end that says basically lets them collect whatever else they want. Now I might understand if this was a free service, but it certainly is NOT!

They didn't learn the lesson from On-Star and their data grab. At least with my phone, I can always turn it off, and know that nobody is collecting anything. They want your info so they can make money off of it...sorry - not me!

I ordered my GS back in August, so it should be here soon. I've already told them not to bother activating it...maybe if enough of us do just, they'll get the message.
