Default How to keep radio controls on the display?

How do you keep the radio control screen on the display and not revert back to the map view? If I'm not needing the nav system, I'd rather have the display viewing the radio controls.

Go to Setup
Select General
Scroll down to "Auto Screen Change" which should be on the second page
Set Auto Screen Change to Off

More complicated than it needs to be, but at least we now know how to do it.
