Interesting to see the two side-by-side. I don't know the language, but the pictures are pretty!
The review car has brushed aluminum accents but a regular front grille. In the U.S., the alunimun accents only come with the F-Sport model, which has a slightly different, more aggressive front.

It would be interesting to see how those 19" IS F wheels would look on that GS 450h with the 17's (which we dont get here in the USA)

They are very similar in appearance. The 19" GS F sport looks like an evolution of this wheel:
