Red out tail lights with custom plates and black F-Sport frame.
I finally got my registration in after about 4 weeks from date of delivery. These custom plates were transferred from my 2 seater roadster that I traded in hence the "Room4Tu" but I like the black color of the plate on Obsidian so what the heck. I also decided to red out the amber on the tail lights today. Thanks to CL forum member vietpr1nce and his tail light mod thread which inspired me to do so on mine. Pretty easy and cheap mod plus I think it looks pretty sharp and cool as well

Where did you buy the red tint? and do you really need a squeegee?
Do you think this will work?

Pretty reasonably price IMO with free shipping. This measurement will give you enough for more if you mess up which I did the first couple times cutting to fit and what not.
Here's a pic of the squeegee that I used.
I just traced out a small section of film enough to cover the amber part of the tail light. I did use a hard plastic type squeegee normally used for tinting windows and a whole bunch of soapy water. Since it is a small section and you are not covering the whole tail light the bubbles are not too hard to get out. Pretty easy and fun process IMO even for a novice like me. Hope this helps ~Tu
