Default What in the world?

Has anyone here delt with the new GS not coming with rear heated seats? My dealer says they have not released that option yet. You can build it that way online, but none are coming from the factory that way?

Let me know if any of you have the espresso wood with luxury and "do" have the rear heated seats.

Thanks!

In Canada, the Luxury Package (only one package up from technology, but not available in conjunction with F-Sport) comes with rear climate controls. I think that includes HVAC controls and heated seats. Also manual side shades.

The website doesn't have it called out, but the brochure says it's there. If it makes a difference my brochure only has the AWD luxury listed.

My car is AWD Lux edition and has rear heated seats. Left & right controls are on center rear armrest. I took delivery at the end of March.

Thanks for everyone getting back to me. Sounds like this may be another district issue up my way. Guess I'll be calling Prestige Lexus in NJ and ordering there.

Wish me luck!

It's an option available only on Lux models.

I think its a problem with the Lexus website which leads you to believe everything is included. They just changed the website again to show only one build of the luxury model in the NY Metro region. Yet when you see the luxury cars at dealers, some have different options

Dealing with Prestige Lexus of NJ now and they can get me the car with rear heated seats with all the options I want and the color I want. I'll have to wait till Memorial Day weekend, but that's fine with me.

One more question though. I've been thinking about the paint protection film and Lexus said they also have this coating they can put on the outside and inside of the car that keeps it in showroom condition for years. I forget what it's called. Have any of you have any experience with it?

Thanks!

Paint protection film - like the clearbra? That is usually on the outside (hood/bumper/side mirrors. I've not heard of that being put on the inside of the car though.
