Finally I received my Mongoose Cable and try to play with it to custom my 4GS using the Techstream software.

So far all the hidden settings I can change using the Techstream: seat belt warning tone, windows roll down by holding unlock on remote, lights setting, steering column/seat move back and forth, AC vents activate........

I can also program a new key to the car. Brand new key only. Not a used key has been program. Already program 2 more keys for my 4GS. Save some $$$ and a trip to dealer. Take only 5 minutes for programming the key.

Read and clear all trouble code, can also check the update for all ECU.

One thing I can't find is the turn signal for lane change.

Any tech chime in please how to use the techstream for tweaking other settings?

On my Sienna I can turn off the DRL, so HID can be install for high beam too.

Folks in NW Seattle area can PM me, I can do the key program/tweaking/tire sensors for free.

Regarding the light settings.... is that for the interior LED accent lighting or for the head/tail lights. I really like the LED ambiance that you get near the gas pedal when you enter the vehicle at night, but once you start the engine it becomes dimmer. I would love to keep the intensity high even while driving.

I didn't pay attention much to the lights, the settings for all the interior lights. I'll look more into that.

I believe that setting can't be change. You can either turn it off or dim it.

I recoup half of that $$$ for programming extra key on my GS & Sienna.
