FYI for All...
...You will have to bring it to the Lexus dealership to have the new codes inputed and programmed to your GS..
2) Now if you take the sensors out of your 18"s and install them into ANY TPMS compatible wheel..
(F-Sport or etc.. etc..)
There is NO NEED to go to the dealership to Reprogram anything..
Since your re-using the sensors and codes that are already inputed & programmed to your GS..

Not a problem for me... on my Odyssey, I bought a new set of 'blank' sensors and I cloned the factory sensors - you just scan the stock ones and copy it to the new ones. The car will never know the difference - I switch between stock (road trip) wheels and my nicer 20" wheels on the Odyssey and the car has no idea I made a change.
