Default who plans to buy a new GS?

Just a question of who plans to purchase a new GS and with what color or options??

My warranty expires on my 430 12/13 and she will be paid off before then so i plan to trade around 10/13. My plans is for a GS450H F-SPORT white with the deep red interior with black trim. Nav, ML & Radar Cruise are my must haves.

No plans for a 4th gen, BUT, it's likely to push the price of used 3rd gens downward. So, I'll be able to afford a 3rd gen years earlier than I thought.

I was planning on getting a used 2011 S550 at the end of the year but I'm considering the 4GS now but I don't want to wait and Im a bit disappointed with Lexus' transmission choice.

My lease is up 12/12. A new one will be on my short list - probably. I have a great fear that the price will be significantly higher as they have added more content and likely want to position it against the M37, 528 etc. Comparably equiped those cars are over $55k. My Mark Levinson/Nav 2010 listed for $51k.

My opinion may not be fair to Lexus - it may well be worth it. But I'll be 60 years old then and I'm really becoming laser focused on planning for retirement (financially). I'll be a little more discriminant about how much I spend and what I get in return.

I do. Since there is no plan for a V8 4GS, it would have to be the F model. If they disappoint/don't offer an F model, I'd probably settle for an IS-F. I just want something with more than 6 cylinders really.

My truck will be paid off in about a year. I plan on buying a 4th Gen GS w/F-Sport package, ML, Nav. Will keep my truck for my mountain biking, but will happily drive the GS as my city & travel car.

Planning to buy one in 2-3 years and will likely be getting a used one. Also after they work out of all the kinks on the first year. I just don't believe in buying brand new cars anymore, specially if you can get them for 10-15k cheaper if you wait a couple years.

I may get one sometimes next year. Either a new 4GSh or a used LS460.

add me to this list as well. i purchased my '07 GS350 in October of 2006 and while it was exhilerating to have a brand new car, i also paid for it. so when i buy one, it probably wont be until the year 2015-2016 (i say that now, but its such a sexy car, i hope i can wait )

Not me. But my parents are considering either buying a new GS350 or my 2.5 year old GS460 off me. To be honest I'm not sure which is a better choice for them. The new car is nice, but the 460 is faster, has only 17k miles and has the $3.5k radar detection and laser jamming system.

i guess it depends on whether they are going to drive fast and aggressive enough to use that difference on the 460.
