The CT has been a huge hit not just here but worldwide. Here they wanted 12k sales a year and already have 12,122 sold even with the Tsunami and low initial inventory.
Yeah it's a very conservative sales goal for the GS. At least it's way higher than the amount sold this year.

Great news about the CT sales. Wasn't initially a fan of that car, but since reviews have come out I have come to like it a lot. It's a very important car for Lexus worldwide. I feel a lot of 4GS disbelievers in this thread will eventually come around once they see the car in person, drive it or when they read reviews.

I was actually going through my thread history to update this.. Didn't realise it reached 12 pages haha..

Anyhow, two years later, a freind bought a loaded GS350 and decided to trade on a new F-Sport LS460. I considered purchasing the car for his trade in value and kept it for 2 days to try out.

In a nut shell.. I LOVED IT!

What a car Lexus have built. It is beautiful to drive, a Lexus when you want it to be and an animal when you're in the mood. I almost liked everything about it and the power is quite adequate, even impressive for a v6. One of my favourite factors is the Autobox. Possibly the first automatic to literally read my mind. When in Sport S+, i did not need to use the paddles once. It downshifted one even two gears as soon as i thought of it and gave me quite a thrill.

Very impressed indeed. However, i still believe they should've kept the V8. Possible the only thing that kept me away from the car. I did not want to part with my 430 powered Sc for a 350 even though it had a lot more going for it.

If Lexus built a GS-F, i will buy one without a doubt.

Good job
