bumpy ride on my new preowned 2010 lexus es 350 with 47000 miles

what to do to improve the comfort on my new 2010 lexus es 350. was smooth for two weeks now I feel every bump in the road

check your tires as well as your shocks.

I would check the shock absorbers, I believe the ES uses gas type, check for any leaks, at any sign, replace them!. Also check your link assy (front and left), also check your tires to have the correct size recommended by the manual. combination of new shock absorbers + correct and new tires do wonders!

Probably why TMC wants to discontinue the GS.

Also check the air pressure and the suspension components for any play. What's the weather like in your area. Maybe the sidewalls on the tires are stiffer in the cold.
