Default Options/Settings programmer

I surfed across a thread about one a good while back but now I can't find it on here or on a web search, maybe I am not using the right keywords or something. It was a little programmer that you could turn door chimes off with and a bunch of other things you'd have to take the car to the dealer for. It was pretty cheap and I know I saw it on Amazon at the time. Does anyone know what I am talking about and can maybe point me in the right direction? I don't have any TPMS sensors now and I am hoping to be able to turn the annoying alert off with it.

Toyota Techstream
$20 cable + software from Amazon
You need Windows XP for it to work, but there's a workaround for Windows 7

Check out my demo here:

Yeah I don't think you can disable the TPMS with Techstream or anything else. The only workaround I've seen is to put the sensors in the spare tire or some other pressure vessel

Well that's lame. Oh well, I want to turn my DRLs off anyway so at least I'll get to use it for something.
