Where are the fuel injectors located on a 2006 gs300? I wasn't able to locate it lol...please advise much appreciated.

You can get the replacement procedure from the Lexus repair manual at techinfo.toyota.com. You'll have to create an account and pay $15 for two day access, but it's worth it in this case since injector replacement isn't the kind of thing where it's fine if you get it wrong the first time

You need a special tool to install fuel injector o rings. I would not recommend you do this. Why are you replacing them?

Also they are colored coded for calibration so you will need to see what color band you have ( black or brown) they are under the intake manifold in between the engine block valley. As Othic mentioned you need special tool to insert the 2 teflon seals on the tip. Also the connector is fragile and may break
Being that its a 2006 you may have a lot of carbon build up and may want take care of that at the same time
