Default Blowing lot heat/air

Had this issue for a while so I got kinda fed up, I turn on the heat and ac, they both work but I would have to put it to medium(M) to feel anything. 1 and 2 is like non existence. Any ideas what it can be?

The obvious question first, did you check the cabin filter?

Next steps I would check is of course the slider wheel next to the vents; I know silly question, but it have come up before where this was turned low and many times have been asked why the ac is not on.

The actual blower motor itself could be going out; if you have an amp meter, measure it and if I can remember most of these are rated for 10-15 amps. Anything lower could be a sign its going to start going bad on you.

There should be an ac control module, when settings go bad these are most common on other cars. I have not heard of lexus having this issue. I wonder if you take it apart and maybe clean it out

Is your AC filter door broken? Common problem and can be a cause of exactly your symptom.
