I just retrieved this check engine light code the other day after getting my exhaust pipe cut and re welded due to the driver side pipe sitting to low. To add I do have an Invidia Mid Pipe installed on my AWD 3GS. I had the invidia mid pipe installed for about 6 months now and never got a check engine light after the first installation and just had the time now to fix the piping (first person who installed the mid pipe didn't bend the pipe correctly), also replaced both o2 sensors when i first got the mid pipe installed. After the installation I did notice a small exhaust leak but it wasnt major so i just went with the flow... I do notice now a little bit of a small exhaust leak still, which i believe that might be coming from the flange , but im unsure due to not crawling under to be sure (going to buy new gaskets). I know when going with after market mid pipes people tend to install an 02 defouler aka 02 bung extender. Can this be i have an exhaust leak, or can it be that i got rid of the cats and now its detecting more flow? Im going to disconnect the battery and let it sit and reconnect the battery and see if it comes back. Any suggestions?
