Finally got my GS430
As I've mentioned on here before, I have been looking for a lower mileage 06+ GS430/460 for nearly a year. After striking out finding anything decent with under 75K miles, I decided to look for anything under 100K miles. I finally found the GS430 that I had been looking for and it happened to be a fellow CL member (I found the car on craigslist). It's a 2006 GS430 with 96K miles and a perfect maintenance history. When I saw the car, I knew I couldn't pass it up. With the exception of a few kicks and a ding, the car is perfect. The leather doesn't even look like it's been sat on. The car drives amazing. I'm in love. My 2002 GS430 is approaching 200K miles now, so I'm glad I was able to replace it. Here are some pictures of the new GS430, as well as one of my 2002 GS430.

I am a huge fan of the Lexus V8. I had an IS350, which has the same motor as the GS350, and wasn't impressed. It wasn't nearly as smooth as the V8 and was much louder. Also, the torque of the V8 is much more impressive. It literally took me over a year to find a GS430 that was well maintained and in good shape. People seem to hang onto these cars due to their reliability.

Nice car!
So what's the plans for the 2GS, are you going to sell it?
Can you comment on the difference between the 2GS and 3GS?
I have a 3GS and my brother has the 2GS. They do feel like different cars - I would say the 2GS has a slightly more sportier, connected feel, where as the 3GS feels more luxury oriented and isolated, especially the steering.
Both of ours are 6 cylinders however.
Here's a quick pic in the rain:
