Oh no, the front cats are fine. Its the shields after the O2 sensors, back to the rear Cats that are trouble.

I replaced my midpipe due to rust and leak repaired couple times (different locations). At WOT with butt dyno, I can feel that the car pulls better than the stock mid pipe. With just the Invidia midpipe and stock muffler, the car sounds stock inside but outside during acceleration a tone that sounds like a BMW 5 series or G350 stock exhaust.

Below is the info of using an invidia midpipe for RWD to fit on AWD.

I had contacted the seller..
They confirmed: The front (mid) pipe includes two Catalytic Converters and resonator (no OS sensors/no gaskets).

This pipe can be shipped U.P.S. and is free shipping to most U.S..

If I were you, I would take off those heat shields before installing. Because those shields actually trap moisture and that allows the rust to build. Also wouldnt hurt to install them after winter and maybe add a coat of high temp paint to help protect them further
