They confirmed: The front (mid) pipe includes two Catalytic Converters and resonator (no OS sensors/no gaskets).
This pipe can be shipped U.P.S. and is free shipping to most U.S..

If I were you, I would take off those heat shields before installing. Because those shields actually trap moisture and that allows the rust to build. Also wouldnt hurt to install them after winter and maybe add a coat of high temp paint to help protect them further
