Default Fender liners for low cars

Hi,

Had the rear fender liner rip off my gs430 this afternoon. Found the liner thought its torn a few places. I can already hear more road noise, and am missing a few bolts etc.

Question is: should i re-install it (either a new one or the ripped up on). Should I worry about anything on the passenger rear wheel well? Im decently low on BC's with 19s and some slightly oversized tires (35 series tires).

i would recommend to re-install it, get an aftermarket one or something. things can get inside there during rainy day.
