Default Putting car up for sale .. Brake actuator noise kicks in..!

Hello and thanks,

After a great 10 years it is time to put my 2006 GS 430 up for sale and move on.

This thing has been flawless for 130k miles and the week I decide to sell it the clucking noise from the ABS that has been somewhat silent has now kicked in to full on annoyance.

I am going to go the Ebay route to replace it and wanted to confirm the following part numbers will work:

89541-30260 was the original part which is also part # 44540-30100

From searching the forums it looks like there are 2 part numbers that are options to use:

44050-30670
44510-30300

OF course these are few and far between but my question is am I missing any other part numbers or alternatives?

TIA

Interested in this as well. I have gs460 starting to make the same noise. Are the gs450h/460/430 abs pump the same?

Take a look at my post (near bottom of page) on the thread listed below... many of these actuators are being covered under an extended warranty campaign (pdf of the official campaign on the link below). This saved me $3300 from the stealership as they "shockingly" were not able to find this information on their own. Shocking. The attachment tells you what models are covered and also gives you direction how to get your money back if you've already paid to have this done. Click below... Good luck!

Default Abs actuator

Need some help here,my abs pump just gave out about a few days ago and the new one cost about $1,800 to about $2,300,the new part # is 44050 -30670.
I did read on this forum that a few people replaced this part with 44510-30300 which is an overseas lexus part number.
I picked up one from a 2013 GS 450H,part number is 44510-30300,will this part work, help anyone please.

I bit the bullet and went the stealership way. Luckily I had a coupon for up to $500 off, so that paid for the labor. I was only out the part amount which was about $2800.

Ouch thats a hard bullet to bite! Especially for a known lexus issue, I would call lexus corporate and complain. See if they can refund you anything
