Today I traded in my 06gs300 for this 08 star fire pearl gs460. I must say what a difference. The 4.6 roar and silky smooth acceleration put a grin on my face. I don't think I will miss the 06. I'll snap some pics tomorrow in the light. Anyone know how many pearl whites were made in 08 with black interior? Any tips or mods for the 4.6? Thanks
I like your carbon fiber trim, did you put that on yourself? Is it a wrap?
It's definitely a wrap as I can see a couple small creases. The previous owner had this installed. He did quite a few mods from what I have noticed. The illuminated door sills, the cf wrap. Led daytime lamps and definitely not stock hid bulbs. The rims are starting to grow on me. I have these in the garage that I took off the gs300 that are for sale.

Nice ride and find! Don't know how many pearl/black is out there but there were at least two different pearls available for that year, yours and mine is opaline pearl. Mine has a slight blueish hue/tint to it in the sunlight. Keep us posted if you decide to mod it!
Where do u get this "wrap"? Is it a stick on on top of your existing trim? My shifter is faded and I'm trying to find a replacement.
It's similar to wrapping the exterior of the car. The pull and stretch the material to cover the existing panel. I wrapped my old mustang carbon fiber is just a material you can use.

The car was listed as star fire pearl. That's cool I didn't know it was actually opaline. I really like the color in the light. I have yet to see this color with black interior in google images. The car has some mods already I really don't know what else to do it or have many ideas since the previous owner did the basic mods I was looking to do. I would really like to hear the exhaust a little more so maybe that's something I can do. It roars and sounds pretty nice stock I can imagine it will sound sick with an aftermarket exhaust. Do you have any pics of your car?

I bought it from automation ford in margate. The car actually fell into my lap. It didn't even look that good in the pics. I was bored looking through Craigslist for gs430/460 and it didn't even come out on the filter. Funny thing is I removed 460 from the search and only searched for gs and the 3rd car from the top was this one. I click on it and realized I wouldn't get this opportunity again and the rest is history. Car is in immaculate shape. The previous owner took good care of it. Really liking it vs the gs300. Car drives so smooth you can barely feel the road.
