Do I have DRL at all on my 450h 2007?
Hi folks and greetings from Bulgaria
I am a happy owner of a pre-owned GS450h. It was purchases from my local dealer and I am still getting used to it and all of its fabulous features.
One thing that I cannot figure out is the DRL. I don't seem to have a switch to turn them on and off and when I set the light switch to "Auto" there are no lights during the day. If I turn the switch to "." [the dot], there are no lights either.
As DRL are obligatory in Europe I really need this this feature on. The user manual says I have DRL but I cannot figure out how to turn them on.
Any help will be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Martin

Thank you for your reply!
I have tried that and there is no light whatsoever unless I turn on the low beam with the ****. I guess they were disabled at the dealership.
Should the **** be on Auto or the dot in order for the DRL to work or it should be on without any of this?

they should be on regardless of what position the **** is on. when the headlights are on though there's a separate tiny bulb in the top corner that lights up the high beam housing. if you turn on your high beams and they work then the DRLs may have been disabled. if your high beams don't turn on then maybe your bulbs are burnt out so they need replacement. after replacing the high beam bulbs and the DRLs still don't turn on then take it to the dealership to have them turned back on.

I called the dealership and have appointment with them tomorrow. Car is still under warranty. They will need to fix both the parking light and the DRL.
