Default Anyone know what this part in the trunk connects to?

It's not connected to anything but I am also wondering if I can use any of it as a remote connection for my amplifier.

I lol'd at your name dude, creative. What sound system do you have, Mark Levinson or the stock sound system? If you have the stock system, my guess would be it's additional wiring for the ML amp and speaker inputs. But that's just my guess. I had a sub and amp put in my trunk and don't recall seeing any spare wires, but this was about 2 years ago almost now. Hopefully others can chime in with a more precise answer..

Its stock, I was also guessing it's additional wiring for ML system and if that's the case I could use those wires to tap into l. Just need to figure out which color is for what.

BTW I forgot to mention that my car has the ML system which is why I don't recall seeing any extra wiring.

Just take a power probe to it and find which one is a switched 12v. If it doesn't have power going to it, you could grab the 12v from the amp that is hooked up...

There is a remote turn on the the left side in the quarter panel were a fuse panel is located you will need to get a tap fuse to plug and use as you remote turn on
