Just installed new weathertec all weather mats and wanted to know if anyone else has a rear fitment issue with the mats? The part that is closest to the middle of vehicle does not fit properly creating a big gap. See image below. Is this just how they are made?
reverse them. put the one you have on the left side to the right side. Looking at the pictures online it shows the small cut out to be on the right side . your picture shows it on the left side. Hope that helps ?
I too bought the same ones you're mentioning and have the same result. I didn't give it much thought since my rear seats are barely used. The laser etched ones claim to be a perfect fit, but for the difference in price for a couple extra inches of rubber which won't account for a person's carelessness in my car was better served buying a latte from Starbucks a few times over. Just enjoy the car and clean accordingly lol
