I'm in for pics of install and cutoff! I hate how dim the oem setup is. I did a retrofit on my Honda Element, and side by side it blows my 3GS out of the water.
On a side note, has anyone ever looked into swapping lenses out of the OEM projector for a clear lens to improve output?

Thanks for the link! So it's possible, it's a pretty straight forward job seems like. I think the baking portion of the DIY scares a lot of people, but it's not all that bad. I do wish he posted some cut off pics after the install...or maybe they were and now they're gone?

I am finally keeping my GS350 , and when I decided not to trade in my car, a few weeks later my whole drivers side headlight unit failed and needed to be replaced. Lexus tried everything from changing bulbs, ballast, and nothing would work. So I ended up buying the Black Housing LED projector lights similar to the ones in this post. I should be getting them in 7-10 days !
