Selling a car before christmas is a no no unless you want to unload it quick. Jan feb mar the used car prices shoot up for tax season. Nov and December are the lowest of the year.

safe to say that only a good credit buyer will be able to get good finance terms on a $27k dollar 08' vehicle. Assuming they are good though...there are plenty of lenders that will carry this collateral for 48-60 months, and at good rates. As for the bump in car values during tax time...I'm going to disagree to a point. "tax cars" will jump, but you're generally talking everyday divers at price points of 14k or less. The kind of people that go blow their $3k dollar refund aren't buying $26k dollar 08's GS460's. It's the "buy here pay here" auto market units that are truly seriously inflated during "tax time".

I very much appreciate all the knowledgeable advice from you guys. I've contemplated some of your thoughts and opinions, even prior to my posting. Several of you have given me even more to think about. I may toss the 460 up on Autotrader, just to see if I receive any viable bites. Otherwise, I think I will drive it more and enjoy it! Thanks everyone.
