Default What is this cog for?

I'm aware the low beam adjustment is deep in the side. Does that mean this is the cog is for high beam adjustment? (This is driver side, you can see the cog in plain sight in the top right corner)

You put a phillips head screwdriver into there and turn to make adjustments to the level of whatever thats connected to. I believe this is the y axis adjustment screw for the low beam and the one deep in the side is for the x axis.

Hmm thank you. I actually needed to adjust the high beams lower, can anyone help me out where that adjustment is?
