Broken TPMS Valve stem

Broken TPMS Valve stem
SInce the weather is getting colder the LOW tire Pressure warning came on, so I go to check the pressure in the 4 tires....
So one of the Aluminum valve stem caps on my 2007 GS350 finally seized. I decided to spray it with PB Blaster and use a 10mm wrench on it to try to wiggle it loose. Well the valve stem easily broke off Now I have to buy a replacement TPMS.
I have been reading the threads here and I figured I will have to have the dealer program a new sensor. My question is this.... Are the sensors somehow grouped in sets of 4 or can i just get any single Compatible Toyota/Lexus Sensor and just program it by serial number? I dont want to buy the wrong sensor or have to pay to dismount and mount a tire twice. I also have the Techstream Program tool, has anyone attempted to use that the program the TPMS? I will look into this further.
Any tips are appreciated.... FYI switch to plastic valve stem caps to avoid this debacle

The TPMS are definitely not grouped in any type of set. They're just four single sensors.
As an aside, any time you're trying to remove something stuck from an easily breakable piece, use something to hold the plastic/rubber stem such as vise grips with light pressure or wrap the jaws with a shop towel. With a valve stem you should be able to grip it with some needle nose grips/pliers right under the cap. That will keep it from breaking as you turn it.

Go to discount tire. They sell replacements, scan the tires and reprogram the computer free of charge. I installed two TPMS sensors last weekend and my final bill with WA's 10% tax was $166. The Toyota dealer wanted $135 to scan the wheels and $200 per TPMS sensor.
