Default Clicking Noise

I have 2010 GS350 and after starting the car several times yesterday there was a very loud clicking noise coming from the dash near the glovebox. Has anyone experienced this?

Did you recently replace the ac filter in the glove box? Your flap door maybe broken

Yes it was replaced as part of the 75k service but that was in early October not issue until yesterday. I will take it to the dealer tomorrow it's still under warranty.

Try changing hvac setting from hot to cold and recirculate see that does anything to change the noise

The issue was fixed by the dealership. The blend door was stuck.
