Is there a way to tighten this? How would I bend it to put more pressure on the bulb? My passenger side has the springs locked in place, but it's not putting pressure on the bulb. So now the bulb is loose and jiggles.

Since it is a metal spring/clip, I would simply bend it back to apply pressure to the bulb backing.

That's what I was thinking. It's just an odd shape in a tight spot to figure out which way to bend it. Is there any way to take it out so I can work on it?
