GS450H jerk at 60 mph when accelerating from full stop
When I accelerate from full stop with 3/4 throttle when car gets to 60-70 mph it stops accelerating for 1 or 2 sec, there is is also a little jerk. After that it continues to accelerate normally. The problem is not present if for instance we drive 30 mph and then use 3/4 or full throttle. I talked to dealer and they said there might be a little jerk but nothing more, and it might be solved by software update. In my opinion its definitely not a slightly jerk, car completely stops to accelerate for a moment. Anyone knows that problem? Car has about 45 k miles so its almost like new.

I'll start with the bottom line: there's no problem in your car, what you describe is not a fault and is exactly the same in every Lexus E-CVT gearbox. I'm baffled to hear your Lexus dealer was not able to explain this to you!
In essence, the E-CVT gearbox in your 450h has dual planetary sets - in other words, there are two-speed ranges. Under hard acceleration (and around 65 mph) there's a shift from the first to the second set and power flow is reduced momentarily to get a smooth transition - this is when the acceleration is stopped for 1-2 seconds.
As I mentioned, this is how the 450h (and other Lexus & Toyota E-CVT models) gearbox work and you can see this "shift" point in every YouTube video showing a full acceleration of a GS or LS hybrids.
The first time I encountered this in my own 450h I was sure it's a fault, went to check the internet and quickly learnt what the story is.
So, instead of looking what you need to fix, maybe you should start looking for a different Lexus dealer...

I've noticed it as well, but seems like it lasts for at most 1 second (feels more like half a second). Definitely not a 2 second pause. I would have been way more concerned with it if the pause were that long. It also feels like it pulls harder to 100+ after the pause.
