Question Need to replace drivers seatback

My 2007 GS 350 black leather seatback has large hole in it, due to sitting down on the seatbelt and it poking thru the leather.
Anyone have a suggestion on most cost efficient way to replace? Is there somewhere to buy OEM replacement cover? Or good place to find used replacement seat?
I am located in the tampa bay, Fl area.

Consider a whole seat from a wrecked vehicle? It might cost less than replacement leather and labor? An auto upholstery shop can replace the damaged panel/section. Dr Vinyl might be able to repair it. There are Lexus dealers on the web who discount OEM parts. What's the deductible amount on your auto insurance, comprehensive section? Accidental damage might qualify. Good luck.
